I have a Bruker spectrometer so I can only explain how to do this on Bruker equipment.

I use the standard Bruker pulse sequence "reset_pysche_1d". This needs to be in $TOPSPIN/exp/stan/nmr/lists/pp. The data is first processed with a standard Bruker AU "proc_reset". This should be in $TOPSPIN/exp/stan/nmr/au/src. For both these paths $TOPSPIN means the directory where you have TopSpin installed. Running the AU will create a new experiment number where you can process the data as you would a normal 1D. The pulse program and the AU have been included in the standard Bruker distribution for the last few years. If your setup is older than that you can search the Bruker website for the latest distribution and download it. Good luck!Brendan Dugganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12187129197580998981noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2408381375133114186.post-66804103379536631232022-01-06T11:13:48.931-08:002022-01-06T11:13:48.931-08:00How do you actually set up and process the PSYCHE ...How do you actually set up and process the PSYCHE experiment? When you download the pulse programs and processing files, where do you put them. What modifications need to be made in the ProcPars or AcquPars tabs in TopSpin? How do you process the FID once the acquisition is complete to go from the FID to a pure-shift 1D spectrum?Steve Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07803719337451314816noreply@blogger.com
